Profile setup
Your digital profile is set up within 24 hours after we receive your details and payment confirmation on WhatsApp.
Delivery timelines
- Rajkot: 2–3 business days
- Gujarat (other cities): 3–5 business days
- Pan-India: 4–7 business days depending on location
Delivery is included in all plans. You will receive tracking details when your card ships.
Payment
Payment is collected via UPI / bank transfer as shared on WhatsApp. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Refund policy
Because each NFC card and profile is custom-made for you, refunds are not available once production has started. If we are unable to deliver your order, a full refund will be provided. Defective cards will be replaced at no extra cost — contact us on WhatsApp with a photo of the issue.
Lost cards
If you lose your card, we can remotely disable it immediately. Replacement cards are available at a discounted rate for existing customers.
